Bedieningspaneel
Het gebruiksvriendelijke bedieningspaneel zorgt voor het correct positioneren van de beweegbare zaagkop volgens de ingegeven specificaties. Een geoptimaliseerde zaaglijst en werkcyclus zorgen voor minder afval en een reductie van de laad- en lostijden van de profielen.
Zaagkoppen
De zaagkoppen worden geroteerd door pneumatische cilinders. Vaste aanslagen op 90° – 45° en 30° Tussenliggende hoeken worden ingesteld met behulp van een manuele aanslag. De zaagbladen worden afgeschermd door pneumatisch bediende afschermkappen.
Digitale aflezing voor de hoeken (optioneel)
Een digitale aflezing vergemakkelijkt het instellen van tussenliggende hoeken.
Pneumatische profielondersteuning (optioneel)
De pneumatische tussensteun komt automatisch omhoog en voorkomt het doorbuigen van kleine profielen tijdens het zagen.
